CLASSES & EVENTS
YOGA: IN PERSON & ONLINE
Independently run classes, not necessarily confined to the classical traditions, welcoming towards everyone looking to reconnect with their inner being.
DANCE & MOVEMENT
Classes and workshops for traditional dance forms from across India, contemporary dance, mixed marshal arts and other movement based sessions.
OUR TERRACE GARDEN
Accessible to all our visitors, the Myi Terrace Garden aligns with our ethos of sustainability and creating natural spaces within the city.
PAST EVENTS:
SNACKY ADDA
A small snack, a catch up and some stretching. Join us each Wednesday morning while we trial recipes before opening our in-house cafe.
