With the vision to take art, crafts, music and dance out to public spaces, The River Festival features people at different stages of developing their art – from students to professionals, from within Kolkata and abroad.

Ghats renewed, repaired and kept clean
bring back the beauty of kolkata’s historic riverfront
A collective and continuous effort by individuals, groups and organisations, who are invested in Kolkata’s heritage.
This includes funding and organising of architectural repair and renewal; personal effort as individuals and groups towards maintenance; and pride and ownership of the ghats by local residents.

5-day cleanup drive using robots, organized by the Centre for Global Affairs & Public Policy (CCGPA) in collaboration with Kult X, River Rangers, Cosmic Healers, and EUNOIA INNOVATIONS. Two different types of robots were used — one for cleaning in water and another for cleaning on land.
